I have used other brands and about 50% of the time it is bad right from the start. With Crucial Technology memory, it works excellent every time I use it. I have had the other brands work on my MSI KT4 Series motheroard and not on my Shuttle AK39N motherboard. The Crucial Technology DIMMs work on both. Kinda weird, but that makes me a believer in using a high quality memory. (Crucial is the only thing I will use.) Plus at the time of this review, I get Free shipping on any order of $40 or more. In addition to the free shipping, it arrives at my door the very next day I order. Pricing is as good or better than I used to pay for my other brands of memory. I once ordered the wrong DIMM, but the return process was extremely simple and they had me satisfied in no time. Hands down the best I have used so far.
